HOW IT WORKS

  How BPScorecard Works

    Assessment Survey Determines Needs:

BPScorecard Software Box Successful websites are built on a solid foundation. Each Monday for 12 weeks, you'll gain access to a new needs-assessment survey.

Each question in the survey is based on an up-to-date web best practice. More importantly, we identified the vital few best practices known to produce the greatest impact on your business results.

Using Survey Scores to Good Advantage:

Survey questions are weighted and a score assigned based on the answer selected. The score is an indicator of how well that best practice is implemented on the website. Scores guide the next two events:

    • Prioritizes work flow - Identifies which website issues are most in need of improvement, and
    • Identifies skill levels - Determines the level at which to communicate with the user and what level is appropriate to attack solving problems. Is the user at the beginning level, intermediate or expert level on any particular web design issue.
